Finding the right service

Full Management

All tenants are fully referenced through M.A.R.A.S. Group, which includes a full credit check. We not only find and vet tenants we will collect their rent, and take over the day to day running of your property.

This will include advising you on the transfer of utilities, obtaining meter readings, arranging repairs and renewals, dealing with emergencies, regularly inspecting the property, assisting you with taxation matters, arranging cleaning and routine maintenance. Six months rent guarantee insurance is provide free, certain conditions apply, please ask for details.

Lettings And Rent Collection

Having advised you on the setting of the correct rent, we then find and thoroughly vet tenants, (including a credit check), before recommending them to you. We will then remit the rent to you, on a monthly basis.

Introduction Only

Some Landlords are happy to deal with their own management and rent collection. In these circumstances we are able to offer a service where we will introduce and provide a reference report on suitable tenants, (including a credit check), and then hand the matter over to the Landlord.
